Got Shine?:

If you have unwanted shine in your t-zone, shockingly enough a toilet seat cover will easily get all of that excess oil off of your skin, and yes, can be done in any bathroom. All you have to do is cut up the seat cover into small squares for our own personal stash of oil blotting sheets.

Matching Foundation:

It’s usually a guessing game when it comes to finding the right shade of foundation. Many say to swatch on your arm, but in fact that is the worse thing to do. You need to swatch the makeup where you’d be using it. Your best best for finding the right shade for you is on your neck. Your arms could get more sun exposure than your actual face, so it would be best to swatch near the area you’d be covering.

Cat Eye:

When this style of applying eyeliner came out, there would always be the struggle of applying just the right amount and don’t forget about trying to get both sides even. Nowadays you can use any straight edge object to help you achieve the cat eye you’ve always wanted. For example you can use a credit card or just a brush. Never EVER use tape near your eyes, this can cause wrinkles faster than you want. Using tape near your eyes is never good, just because the skin there is very fragile.

Conquer Contour:

Contouring has been all the talk recently. This can go downhill very fast however, you have to know when enough is enough. An easy way to start out highlighting and contouring is to use the rule of ‘3’. Just by simply drawing a 3 starting from above your eyebrow, following through to underneath your eye and then finishing underneath your cheek. Doing these steps with your highlighter will then help you carve out where you need to contour.

Line & Curl:

If you can do two tasks in only one, why not take advantage of that? If you’re wanting to line your eyes, line your eyelash curler with an eyeliner of your choice. Then go ahead and curl your eyelashes. BOOM. You now have your eyeliner applied and your lashes are curled. Killing two birds with one stone never felt so good.

Puff No More:

If you suffer from puffy eyes in the morning or at anytime during the day in fact, try keeping your eye lotion in the fridge. The coolness of the lotion helps to keep the puffiness down, plus it just feels good.

Lipstick Blush:

If you ever run out of blush. do not dear. If you have a red toned lipstick, you can dab some of that onto your cheek and just smudge it out. It’ll added that blushed look you’ve been getting with your regular blush.
